About the houses
The two houses sit in the Clos du Moulin Raimbault, a small, quiet complex close to the centre of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île. The complex has a shared swimming pool (open mid-June to mid-September) and outdoor space where children can play or ride their bikes.
B26 and B27 are immediately adjacent. The two are very similar — the same layout and floor space, just mirror images of one another. B26 is a little more modern in décor, with a recently renovated kitchen; B27 is decorated in a more traditional holiday-home style and has a larger garden. A connecting gate between the gardens can be opened when both houses are taken, or kept closed for privacy when you rent just one.
Each house has around 60m² of floor space and a parking space right outside the front door, suitable for vehicles up to roughly 2m high.
B26 — The End House
A welcoming two-floor home in the heart of the Clos du Moulin Raimbault, built for an easy family holiday. Sleeps six comfortably, and up to seven if one child takes the pull-out trundle bed. There's a sun-trap terraced garden, everything you need within a five-minute walk or a short, flat cycle, and a "cave" for storing the bikes.

B27 — The Middle House
B27 sits right next to B26 and can be rented on its own or alongside it. It shares the same layout and floor space as B26, mirror-imaged, but is decorated in a more traditional holiday-home style — and has a larger garden.

B26 + B27
Rent both houses together
Side by side, B26 and B27 are ideal for two families or a larger group holidaying together — up to thirteen people across the two homes, with a shared gated pool and town a short walk away. Open the connecting garden gate and the children drift happily between the two while the grown-ups spread out.
Together the houses sleep up to thirteen — B26 up to seven, B27 six.

Both houses share the same layout — B26 and B27 are mirror images of one another. Around 60m² over two floors, with the living space and kitchen downstairs and three bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs.
